Profit And Sharing
Our products are marked up 45% over manufacturing cost. So if a product costs $100.00 to manufacture, we sell it for $136.00 plus shipping.
Profits are shared 50/50 between the team and the platform for as long as the product is sold. The team's 50% is shared as follows:
- 25% goes to the Idea Originator - The remaining 25% is shared among the team members based on the tasks needed to go from idea to product, and the relative value of those tasks as determined by the Project Manager.
